Responsibilities: Developing and optimizing Swiss CNC programs, machining processes, and toolpaths sheets. Analyzing and improving existing machine processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste. Assisting with the setup, calibration, and operation of machines, ensuring they are running accurately and safely. Creating and maintaining documentation related to machine programs, machine setups, and quality control procedures. Responsible for first run validation including program, process, setup, and production. Support sales through JQPM (Job quality planning meeting) to prepare for upcoming production jobs. Requirements: 10 yrs minimum relevant work experience Experience with software like WIN CNC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Esprit, or similar programs for designing parts and creating CNC programs. Skills: Ability to write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using languages like G-code and M-code. Proficiency with computer applications Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CNC machines and manufacturing processes Ability to effectively communicate technical information to various stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail; ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of CNC programming and machining.
