Objective: The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead and motivate manufacturing teams, drive operational excellence through lean management, and leverage data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed production goals. This role involves implementing process improvements, managing labor resources efficiently, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to ensure agility and responsiveness in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded. Lead and mentor manufacturing teams, promoting engagement, continuous improvement, and accountability. Apply lean management practices to eliminate waste and streamline processes. Identify and implement process improvements using data and analytics to enhance efficiency and quality. Manage labor and resources effectively for optimal staffing and performance. Monitor KPIs and production metrics, initiating corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to support manufacturing goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate performance updates and challenges to senior leadership to support decision-making. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in a technical or business-related field preferred. Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and mentoring teams, handling complex situations, and executing with urgency. Experience with Lean principles and tools such as VSM, Process Mapping, 6S, Kaizen. Ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Proven track record in leading change and process improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation. The starting salary range for U.S. locations is $70,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and other factors.
