Overview 3rd Shift Fulfillment Associate at Mom’s Meals | A Purfoods Company. This role is based in North Jackson, OH. The shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a starting hourly wage of $18.00. Availability on weekends may be required. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order in a safe and efficient manner in a refrigerated environment. Mom’s Meals is a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market and is in hyper-growth mode. Position Responsibilities Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including reading labels and selecting products Meet productivity and accuracy standards Produce quality work output on a consistent basis Move product between locations following food sanitation and safety guidelines Assist with general housekeeping Work inside a large warehouse area with temperatures between 34–40 degrees; gloves provided Required Skills & Experience Must be at least 18 years old Stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime Strong service orientation and teamwork; good communication Ability to work independently with little supervision Basic reading skills Pass post-offer drug screen and background check Preferred Skills & Experience High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment Physical Requirements Regularly use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects; reach with hands and arms Frequently stand, talk, and listen Occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Able to perform repetitive movements Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot) Company Overview Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
