Staff/Senior Accountant (Hybrid, 4X On-Site, Palm Springs Florida) A successful Real Estate Investment Firm, located in Palm Springs, FL, is actively growing their Accounting and Finance team and has openings for both a Staff and Senior Accountant. Looking for anywhere from 1-5+ years of accounting or audit experience, the ideal candidate is looking for that next growth step in their career and is ready to be part of a growing team. A degree in accounting is mandatory for both roles. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts for real estate entities and investment portfolios Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work paper packages Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Prepare financial statement analysis for management and partners Assist with preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasting Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting mandatory 1-5+ years of accounting or audit experience CPA or working towards CPA preferred Must be willing to work on a hybrid model, 4X onsite in Palm Springs FL Both the Staff and Senior Accountant roles are full-time opportunities that are offering strong compensation packages (base salary determined by experience level) and a hybrid schedule with strong benefits.
