What You’ll Be Doing External Reporting & Technical Accounting: Support in preparing and reviewing SEC filings Assist with footnote disclosures and MD&A. Draft and review technical accounting memos and white papers. Audit & Compliance: Provide support for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Financial Accounting & Revenue Recognition: Prepare journal entries & reconciliations related to percentage-of-completion revenue recognition. Assist with consolidations What Our Client Is Looking For Big 4 experience is a must – 2-4 years of audit or advisory experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge – GAAP, SEC reporting, and writing white papers. Experience with SAP (or the ability to ramp up quickly).
