Job Description
The IT Manager oversees and directs daily IT operations to ensure systems, services, and infrastructure function reliably, securely, and efficiently. The role includes leading IT teams in network/server management, user support, cybersecurity, and performance monitoring to prevent downtime and enhance organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all information technology and computer systems.
-Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
-Recruit, train, and coach IT staff; communicate job expectations and evaluate performance.
-Design, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
-Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
-Align IT operations with user needs and business goals.
-Identify problems and implement strategic solutions.
-Audit IT systems and assess performance outcomes.
-Preserve assets and maintain information security and control structures.
Specific Responsibilities:
-System Monitoring
-Cybersecurity & Compliance
-Direct IT technicians supporting end users and departmental upgrades.
-Develop IT policies and SLAs to ensure operational reliability and compliance's
-Help Desk & User Support
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems -Engineering, or equivalent.
-Master’s degree preferred in IT Management, Cybersecurity, Big Data, or Business Administration.
-8–10 years of IT experience, with a proven record in system installation, configuration, and analysis.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows technologies.
-Demonstrated success in enterprise technology strategy, budgeting, and project management.
-Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
-Exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent).
