Make a Difference in Healthcare Staffing. We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Maitland, FL and support the growth of our Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care programs. What You’ll Do Recruit and attract top talent for Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Lead new hire orientations and onboarding to set employees up for success. Maintain employee files to ensure compliance and survey readiness. Partner with HR, central support, and branch leadership to meet staffing needs. Promote our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the community. What We’re Looking For Proven recruiting experience required (healthcare/home care strongly preferred). Experience with Medicare Home Health and/or Private Duty Home Care a big plus. Strong communication and people skills. Credentialing and reference verification experience preferred. Proficiency in HR databases, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
