Position: Recruiter

Compensation: $75,000–$120,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

Location: Maitland, FL

Work Setting: Hybrid/Remote – must reside in the Greater Orlando area / commutable to Maitland office.

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a driven and ambitious Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will connect top talent with leading companies across the country, making a direct impact on both client success and candidate careers.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, strong commission structure, and performance bonuses. Average first-year recruiters earn around $75,000–$90,000, while exceptional recruiters make $120,000+.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and present multiple qualified candidates for each opening.
• Guide candidates through interviews, providing coaching and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn and other systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and placement goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of agency recruiting experience required (corporate/in-house recruiting does not apply).
• Proven success meeting metrics such as submittals, interviews, and placements.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
