Pay Scale:

Responsibilities
Lead FP&A functions including budget, forecast, and operating expense analysis.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and assess performance versus budget.
Drive process improvement and automation projects within the finance team (PowerBI and Excel automation).
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business drivers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools (Anaplan, Essbase) is a plus.
Skills
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred), and familiarity with PowerBI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Independent worker and self-starter who enjoys problem solving and takes pride in accountability.
