We’re looking for an entrepreneurial
Sales Leader
to drive growth in Singapore. You’ll own the P&L, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and define go-to-market strategy across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape localized solutions for the region.
What You'll Do:
Own revenue targets, forecast and drive aggressive growth
Build and lead the Singapore sales team
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
Engage with C-level clients and partners
Collaborate across Asia teams for product and market alignment
Ideal Candidate:
10–15 years of B2B fintech/payments sales experience (bank or fintech)
Proven experience scaling early-stage businesses
Strong team-building and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
