We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products that drive our success. Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to understand business needs and contribute to feature design and quality strategies. Engage in the product development lifecycle, providing insights into technical designs and system architecture from a quality perspective. Create test strategies and automated solutions to simulate real‑world usage and validate critical workflows. Develop automation frameworks and tools that integrate into CI / CD pipelines, promoting a "shift-left" approach. Write clean, maintainable code for test automation and utility tools supporting product development. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality and maintainability. Skills Required
5+ years in software development and testing, with strong coding skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and scripting languages like Python. Experience in influencing technical design and architecture from an engineering perspective. Expertise in building and extending test automation frameworks and developer tools. Proficient with automation and performance testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or JMeter. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and integrating testing into cloud environments. About SSi People
