About the Role Join Bristol Myers Squibb as a District Business Manager – Hematology. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive territory growth, and collaborate across a matrix organization to deliver value to patients.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly motivated sales professionals by creating and articulating a vision for the district that builds off the organization’s objectives.

Analyze performance data, market trends, and market access dynamics, building strategic business plans to capitalize on opportunities.

Demonstrate deep understanding of BMS Hematology products, the marketplace, competitive products, and the disease area, coaching the team to exemplary selling skills.

Facilitate growth and development of team members based on needs, motivation, and business requirements.

Create an environment of continuous learning where team members are challenged and engaged.

Lead through change while maintaining focus on current and future business needs.

Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies governing conduct.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Prior experience as a District Business Manager or equivalent leadership in pharmaceutical sales.

Strong Hematology experience, including reimbursement, access, and distribution environment.

Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals.

Proven experience selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals.

Analytical skills, strong sales acumen, and market access knowledge.

Qualified Driver requirements (age 21+, valid driver’s license, good driving record).
