Key Areas of Responsibility

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is an integral member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and organizational scalability across the Home Health and Hospice divisions. This strategic leader oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, referral partnerships, brand positioning, and growth integration following acquisitions. The CGO will design and execute growth strategies that achieve measurable market share gains, expand geographic reach, and enhance profitability anchored in clinical excellence, compliance, and patient-centered outcomes. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the companys mission and vision, including both organic growth and acquisition integration. Identify, analyze, and prioritize new market opportunities through competitive market intelligence, Medicare utilization data, and referral trends. Build market density and referral source dominance through innovative regional development and account segmentation strategies. Partner with the CEO to forecast growth, align investments, and monitor ROI across sales, marketing, and acquisition activities. Sales Leadership & Revenue Performance

Lead the national sales organization to exceed referral and admission goals across Home Health and Hospice lines of service. Establish KPIs and performance dashboards tied to revenue growth, referral conversion, admission timeliness, and market share by payer type. Build a high-performance sales culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and clinical alignment. Integrate CRM analytics to drive data-informed coaching, pipeline management, and strategic call planning. Champion cross-functional alignment between sales, clinical operations, and compliance to ensure sustainable, compliant growth. Marketing, Brand & Growth Enablement

Oversee corporate marketing, communications, and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and differentiated message across all markets. Direct the Company Store and Sales Support functions, ensuring field teams are equipped with effective marketing materials, branded assets, and digital tools. Develop digital and community marketing strategies to support physician, hospital, and post-acute referral engagement. Acquisition Growth & Integration

Partner with the CEO and M&A workstreams to evaluate potential acquisitions for growth alignment and market synergies. Lead post-acquisition growth integration, ensuring smooth sales team onboarding, regional brand alignment, and rapid revenue realization. Identify local and regional opportunities for network expansion through hospital systems, ACOs, and physician practices. Leadership, Culture & Team Development

Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class growth leadership team. Build a culture of performance, creativity, and excellence that mirrors the organizations clinical and operational standards. Develop incentive structures and career pathways that retain top sales talent. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Year-over-year revenue and referral growth (organic and total). Medicare market share gains by region and line of business. Referral-to-admission conversion rates and sales cycle time.
