Compensation:

$175,000-$240,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven

Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

to own and accelerate our entire patient acquisition and revenue engine.

This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for merging our digital marketing expertise with our physical clinic operations. The CGO will develop and execute a holistic, data-driven strategy to dramatically increase patient volume, optimize local clinic utilization, and establish our brand as the national leader in the proactive wellness and longevity sector.

The ideal candidate has deep, demonstrable experience scaling a

physical retail or clinic-based business

model that relies on

high-velocity digital (DTC) marketing

for lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities 1. Integrated Growth Strategy & Leadership

P&L and Revenue Ownership:

Own and drive the top-line revenue growth for the entire company, managing the full customer journey from first digital touchpoint to in-clinic conversion and long-term retention.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Clinical Operations to ensure marketing spend, patient demand, and clinical capacity are perfectly synchronized to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Team & Vendor Management:

Lead, mentor, and scale the internal marketing and growth team. Strategically oversee and optimize all external agency relationships (Paid Media, SEO/Content, Creative) to ensure aggressive but efficient execution.

2. Performance Marketing & Local Activation

Digital Acquisition:

Drive high-efficiency patient acquisition across all digital channels, including

Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) .

Brick-and-Mortar Demand:

Develop and implement best-in-class,

hyperlocal marketing strategies

to drive targeted traffic and bookings to individual clinic locations across San Diego, Southern California, and new markets. This includes mastery of

local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and geo-targeted media .

Funnel Optimization:

Continuously test and refine the full user journey—from initial ad click to scheduling the first in-clinic consultation to reduce

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

and maximize

Lead-to-Patient conversion rates .

3. Brand Authority & Analytics

Brand Strategy:

Elevate us into the authoritative brand in the longevity and personalized medicine space, ensuring compliant and clear messaging across all complex service lines (GLP-1s, Hormones, Advanced Diagnostics).

Data Command Center:

Establish and maintain robust reporting and analytics, obsessively tracking core KPIs such as

CAC, Lifetime Value (LTV), clinic utilization/occupancy rates, and marketing ROI

to inform all executive decisions.

Qualifications

Experience (8 years):

8 years of progressive experience in digital growth, performance marketing, and e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role (VP/CMO/CGO).

Domain Expertise (Essential):

Proven track record of successfully scaling a business model that is heavily reliant on driving online leads to a

physical/retail location

(e.g., elective healthcare, medspa, dental, fitness clinics).

Financial Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to manage significant acquisition budgets and deliver aggressive top-line revenue growth while meeting strict ROI and LTV targets.

Location:

Ability to be based in the

San Diego area is strongly preferred

to facilitate close collaboration with operations and be on the ground in a key market.

Compliance:

Working knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance (HIPAA, FTC, and regulations specific to compounded medications) is highly desirable.

Compensation

Base Salary:

$175,000 — $240,000

(commensurate with experience and final title negotiation)

Variable Compensation:

Aperformance bonus tied to revenue and growth KPIs.
