As a Consult Liaison Psychiatrist at OhioHealth, you will receive the support needed to balance your personal and professional goals and drive our mission of improving the health of those we serve.
Responsibilities
Monday through Friday schedule, seeing 8‑12 patients per day at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH, with 20 weekend days required per year. Option to trade weekdays for weekend days.
Provide emergency department backup for primary RMH / GMC ED psychiatrists; experience or interest in ED psychiatry preferred.
Work closely with a team of Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Social Workers.
Provide access to ECT/TMS within OhioHealth.
Opportunities for teaching with OhioHealth’s Psychiatry residents.
Special interests welcome (Women’s Reproductive Health, Oncology, Geriatrics, etc.).
Collaborate within OhioHealth’s Neuroscience service line.
Participate in OhioHealth Physician Leadership Institute and Development Curriculum.
Qualifications
Board‑certified Psychiatrist (BE/BC) through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Experience in outpatient psychiatry; preference for ED psychiatry background.
