Tmat Products

Tmat is a rapidly growing, proudly made‑in‑America brand that is revolutionizing vehicle and truck bed organization. In our first year at SEMA, we won a New Product Award, underscoring our commitment to excellence and cutting‑edge design. With a surging social media presence and strategic partners approaching us to launch dedicated branches and teams in key markets throughout Europe, Australia, South America, Asia, and the Middle East, we are building a truly global brand and network. Our focus has always been on authentic brand building through social media, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience above all else. With a strong direct domestic channel and rapidly growing international presence, we are now setting up traditional distribution and major retail chains. As a small team of just 8 dedicated employees, we are poised for explosive growth and need a strong operational leader to help us scale efficiently.

Role Overview As the COO/EOS Integrator at Tmat, you will serve as the right‑hand partner to the Founder/Visionary, who is shifting focus to marketing and sales. This role is critical in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where rapid expansion has led to overwhelming operational demands. You will be responsible for harmonizing the team’s efforts, implementing processes, and ensuring accountability to drive execution. Drawing from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), you’ll integrate the vision into actionable operations, allowing the Founder to innovate while you handle the "how" of getting things done. This is an in‑person position based in Mustang, OK, with relocation assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership and Process Optimization : Oversee and streamline day‑to‑day operations, including office processing, administrative workflows, and supply chain management to support our global and domestic growth.

Accountability and Team Management : Hold team members accountable for their roles, performance metrics, and deliverables. Foster a culture of responsibility, follow‑through, and continuous improvement in our small but dynamic team.

EOS Implementation : Act as the EOS Integrator, facilitating Rocks, Level 10 Meetings, Scorecards, and other EOS tools to align the organization and resolve issues efficiently.

Growth Support : Manage the operational aspects of expanding our global network, domestic distribution, and retail partnerships while maintaining our #1 priority: an outstanding customer experience.

Process Implementation : Translate the Founder’s process insights into implemented systems, ensuring consistent follow‑up, monitoring, and refinement to handle rapid scaling.

Resource Management : Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency in a lean environment.

Strategic Execution : Collaborate with the Founder to execute the company vision, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to sustain momentum in social media, brand building, and market expansion.
