About Us Critical Sports and Entertainment (CSE) is a fast‑scaling sports and entertainment company operating at the intersection of live events, media, culture, and talent representation. Our platform is built around owned sports properties, large‑scale live events, content, and an athlete representation arm that supports and amplifies our ventures across multiple disciplines.
CSE owns and operates a growing portfolio of event companies spanning combat sports, basketball, wrestling, and culturally driven live experiences, alongside a national event tour platform that merges sports, entertainment, and storytelling. As we expand, we are actively negotiating a wide range of commercial, venue, media, and partnership deals tied to our ventures and tour stops scheduled across 2026–2028.
With events already producing meaningful traction and attendance, and a robust pipeline of new markets and properties in development, CSE is entering a critical growth phase. We are currently in an active capital raise and are expanding our executive leadership team to support scale, structure, and long‑term value creation.
The Role We’re seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the CEO and C‑suite leadership in building out the infrastructure and systems that fuel CSE’s growth. This is an equity‑first, executive‑level role that will evolve into a full salary and competitive compensation structure post‑funding. The COO will be central in turning vision into execution—designing scalable operations, managing cross‑division alignment, and ensuring the company’s rapid growth is supported by strong internal foundations.
What You’ll Own
Oversee and integrate operations across all seven management divisions and eight live event companies
Design and implement workflows, systems, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and accountability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning alongside the CFO and CEO
Partner with the CRO and CSO to drive revenue generation, partnerships, and investor readiness
Oversee hiring, HR systems, and internal culture development as teams expand
Ensure smooth execution of large‑scale events (1,000–7,000+ attendees) and live entertainment verticals
Translate company vision into daily execution across sports, entertainment, and creator ecosystems
Serve as the operational face of the company in partner, investor, and institutional conversations
Ideal Background Emerging Operations Leaders
Mid‑career professionals currently working in operations, partnerships, production, or project management
Experience supporting live events, tours, or multi‑location operations
Strong organizational skills with a bias toward execution
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments
Hungry to step into a senior operational leadership role
Experienced Operators
Senior leaders with operational leadership experience in sports, entertainment, live events, or high‑growth companies
Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams at scale
Experience managing complex, multi‑project environments
Strong leadership presence and decision‑making ability
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and growth
Why Join CSE This is an opportunity to become the operational backbone of a rapidly expanding sports and entertainment platform. As COO, you’ll play a central role in building the infrastructure that supports national expansion, multi‑year tour initiatives, and long‑term platform growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO to turn ambition into execution and help define how CSE scales responsibly and effectively.
If you thrive on building systems, leading execution, and scaling ambitious ventures, we’d love to connect.
