We are a lean startup e‑commerce company based out of NY with over 30 years combined experience in rental and franchised dealer sales. Our mission is to improve the way rideshare drivers buy or rent vehicles in comparison to traditional dealership models.
We are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to assist us with securing debt or equity funding. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial officer with a proven track record of securing debt financing, private equity, or assisting companies with going public. You will be working with the CEO to fine‑tune and build strategies to optimize the company’s financial position to secure the least expensive method for growth funding.
Responsibilities
Drive the company’s financial planning.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as CFO, and/or track record of securitizing private or public funding.
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA not mandatory but recommended.
