We are a lean startup E-commerce company based out of NY with over 30 years combined experience in dealership related-sales. Our mission is to improve the way consumers buy or rent vehicles in comparison to traditional dealership models. Our current niche is the ride-share driver segment.
We are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer or CFO to assist us with securing debt or equity funding. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial officer who has proven track record of securing private equity or assisting companies with going public. You will be working with CEO to fine-tune and build strategies to optimize company financial position to secure the least expensive method for growth funding.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company's financial planning
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Proven experience as CFO, and or track record of securitizing private or public funding
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA not mandatory but recommended.
