Group Sales Manager Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $150,000.00-$200,000.00

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Sales Manager located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for managing group sales activities which include developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, and securing bookings for group events. Daily tasks involve meeting with clients, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure event success. The goal is to maximize revenue and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales, particularly group and catering sales

Strong experience in CI/TY

Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills

Effective negotiation and contract management abilities

Solid understanding of event planning, coordination, and execution

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure event success

Proficiency in using sales and event management software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
