About The Opportunity Next Level ABA is currently seeking a Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our clients in the greater Boston area. This position is ideal for BCBAs who want to maintain a meaningful clinical caseload while preserving balance and flexibility in their lives. Whether you’re a school-based BCBA seeking additional after-school hours, a stay-at-home parent ready to re-engage with direct work without the demands of a full-time role, or an experienced clinician looking for additional hours, this opportunity offers the chance to make a tangible impact, earn supplemental income, and keep a manageable schedule. Our part-time BCBAs typically work with 1–2 clients, averaging about 5 hours per week, allowing for focused, high-quality care and strong clinical relationships. We are seeking bright, compassionate professionals who are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Primary Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make data-driven treatment decisions that promote socially significant outcomes. Provide modeling, coaching, and training to staff working with individuals who engage in challenging or interfering behaviors. Utilize positive, least-restrictive, evidence-based methodologies, integrating the latest research and best practices. Conduct, write, and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Assess skill deficits and develop individualized treatment goals to increase adaptive skills (e.g., communication, daily living, pre-vocational/vocational, and social skills). Foster collaboration and consistency across caregivers, staff, and external providers to promote skill generalization and sustainable progress. Monitor and document treatment outcomes regularly to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make timely modifications as needed. Proactively seek clinical consultation and support to maintain high standards of care and optimize client outcomes. Prioritize non-aversive, compassionate behavior-change approaches to achieve meaningful and ethical behavior outcomes.
Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential in good standing with the Massachusetts licensing board. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field required.
Experience & Requirements Prior experience providing home-based ABA services is strongly preferred. Availability for after-school and/or evening hours. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. Commitment to ongoing professional and clinical growth, with an openness to feedback and continuous learning. Strong focus on training and supporting direct care staff (RBTs) and caregivers to ensure consistency and understanding of behavioral programs.
