Our competitive base salary is complemented by a performance‑based bonus structure that can add up to $12,000 per year. Bonuses are paid quarterly and are based on monthly billable supervision hours.

What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create data‑driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Hands‑on experience conducting developmentally appropriate assessments using the Vineland‑3 and other standardized measures

Provide hybrid services – in‑home and in‑center children with autism and developmental needs

Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision‑making

Coach and model behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians

Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity

Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings

Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed

Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners

Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning

In some regions, provide oversight and mentorship to Associate Clinical Supervisors or those accumulating supervision hours

Who You Are

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license – current and maintained

Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities

Skilled in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and team members

Able to program and provide feedback for challenging behaviors using positive and proactive strategies

Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical, high‑quality care

Center Clinical Manager – Fitchburg, MA Pay: $90,000–$120,000 per year* | Sign‑on bonus available | Full‑Time | Center‑Based

Create and maintain strong team member engagement and culture

Proof of annual flu vaccination, proof of LBA pass, DOJ clearance

What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skill‑based assessments to guide individualized treatment planning

Design and oversee evidence‑based, data‑driven ABA programs tailored to each child's goals and needs

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians, building skill and confidence through modeling and feedback

Lead team meetings, case reviews, and center‑based staff trainings focused on treatment integrity, data analysis, and professional growth

What You Bring

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience, preferably within a center‑based environment

Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and inspire direct care staff

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both families and interdisciplinary teams

Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decision‑making and program adjustments

Commitment to ethical, assent‑based, and compassionate care

Preferred experience providing ABA therapy in structured center settings with multiple concurrent programs
