detail-oriented Principal Financial Analyst

to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. If you have a strong financial background, a passion for working with numbers, and a desire to make a positive impact on the financial health of a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Direct and oversee company-wide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling

to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation

Lead long-range forecasting, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments

across business units, brands, and product categories

Manage the tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

of Amazon pass-through bill backs and other client reimbursements

Develop and maintain financial frameworks

for tracking Amazon pass-through bill backs, client reimbursements, and margin performance

Partner with senior leadership

to align financial planning, pricing strategies, and business initiatives with organizational goals

Oversee the preparation of executive-level dashboards and financial reports , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for leadership and the board

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, data governance, and analytical processes

to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred

8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or FP&A , including leadership of complex initiatives or analyst teams

Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis , with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and strong experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Proven ability to develop long-range forecasts, scenario models, and strategic profitability analyses , with deep understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin optimization

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad salary range of $120,000-$175,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
