detail‑oriented Sr. Financial Analyst

to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. If you have a strong accounting background, a passion for working with numbers, and a desire to make a positive impact on the financial health of a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead financial analysis and forecasting

across brands, product lines, and sales channels to support data‑driven decision‑making

Manage the tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of Amazon pass‑through bill backs and vendor reimbursements

to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

Develop and maintain financial models

to analyze gross profit margins, pricing impacts, and cost structures, identifying key drivers of profitability

Partner with Accounting and FP&A during month‑end close

to ensure accurate collections, reconciliations, and journal entries

Monitor SKU‑level performance and prepare insightful financial reports

highlighting trends, variances, and actionable recommendations for leadership

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

to resolve margin discrepancies and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy

✅ What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree

in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

CPA or advanced degree preferred

4–7 years of experience

in financial analysis, forecasting, or FP&A within retail, e‑commerce, or consumer goods industries

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency , including financial modeling, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools

Experience with ERP and BI systems , such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or Power BI

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

with the ability to forecast margins, pricing, and profitability across brands or channels

Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

and collaborate effectively across Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Brand teams

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad salary range of $80,000-$120,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
