Team Lead Attorney
to guide its
single‑plaintiff litigation
practice. This position blends high‑level casework with team management, making it an ideal fit for an experienced litigator ready to take on a bigger impact role.
About the Role As
Team Lead , you will oversee a department dedicated exclusively to single‑plaintiff employment cases, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. You will:
Direct the full case lifecycle from intake through resolution
Provide hands‑on supervision of attorneys and legal staff
Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, and guide trial preparation
Lead settlement negotiations and mediations
Mentor and train junior attorneys to strengthen advocacy skills
Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and drive firm growth
This position is designed for an attorney who enjoys both litigation and leadership, with the opportunity to influence strategy, outcomes, and team culture.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Starting at $175,000 (DOE)
Bonuses: Performance‑based opportunities
