The Opportunity As a Program Management Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need an experienced Program Management Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts. You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and conduct project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project, and have regular interactions with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs.

You Have
Experience supporting contract management with DoD acquisition programs
Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules
Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
Knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, or unmanned systems
Ability to operate independently within a team environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have
Experience with ACAT 1 programs
Knowledge of NAVSEA contracting processes or acting as a COR
Experience developing multiple IMS products
Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
PMP Certification
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation Full-time salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
