Senior Accountant Join Diamond Foundry, a leader in sustainable semiconductor manufacturing, as a Senior Accountant. Deliver high‑quality financial reporting, close processes, and account reconciliation across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis in compliance with US GAAP.

Accounts Payable (AP): Review, investigate, and reconcile daily AP activities. Analyze key terms, resolve purchase order to invoice discrepancies, and manage vendor wires and payment adjustments.

Accruals & Prepaids Management: Manage accrual processes for recurring and non‑recurring expenses. Maintain and reconcile prepaid expense schedules, ensuring proper amortization and documentation. Review operating expenses to ensure proper classification, coding, and reporting consistency across entities.

Management Support: Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline close and reporting cycles. Provide proactive support and execute ad‑hoc projects as directed by management.

Requirements

Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA certification strongly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3‑5+ years of combined experience in public and private accounting.

Technical Skills: Advanced analytical and Excel skills essential. Experience with ERP and Expense systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).

Behavioral Traits: Strong work ethic, detail‑oriented, precision‑focused, inquisitive, eager to learn new processes.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year. Eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and expertise.
