The Director of Spa and Membership is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all aspects of the Spa, including massage, aesthetic, fitness, retail, reception, reservations, and membership programming. The role includes direct accountability for budgeting, revenue optimization, expense control, payroll management, and product inventory.
Pay range: $95,000-$105,000 per year. All employees of The Alfond Inn are subject to a background check.

Technical Skills
High aptitude in working with numbers and able to efficiently use a calculator
Purchasing and inventory management
Budgetary skills
Experience & Education Minimum three (3) years of experience in spa management, including at least one year in a director-level capacity. Prior experience managing budgets and event/programming required.
Preferred Experience AAA Four/Five Diamond or Forbes Four/Five Star property experience.
Physical Demands & Work Hours
This position is physically demanding and requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders and lifting up to 65 pounds. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable eligible individuals to perform the essential functions.
