We’re seeking a hands‑on HR Manager to lead people initiatives at a high‑performing food manufacturing facility in West Texas. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, this role will rebuild HR credibility, drive leadership development, and bring structure to HR processes on site. You will be supported by an HR Specialist and work closely with a Plant Manager and a workforce that takes great pride in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Rebuild Trust & Engagement : Reestablish confidence in the HR function following recent turnover, and foster a culture where people feel supported and valued.
Leadership Development : Deploy corporate leadership competencies and partner with the Plant Manager to implement impactful training and development programs for supervisors and frontline leads.
Structure & Compliance : Build consistent HR processes, including quarterly plant meetings, staffing reviews, and celebrations. Oversee compliance documentation, workers’ comp cases, and support payroll and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement and Retention : Analyze root causes and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.
HRIS & Data Integrity : Maintain accurate employee data and reporting using SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos. Help implement KPIs tied to workforce performance and plant success.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, Master’s or HR certification preferred
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to connect with and advocate for an hourly workforce
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors ideal)
Military background or experience supporting veterans in the civilian workforce is strongly preferred
Comfortable balancing strategic and administrative tasks in a lean HR team
