Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
High emotional intelligence and strong customer‑relations skills.
Responsibilities
Own your territory and build a high‑velocity sales pipeline in school districts seeking innovative resources.
Prospect relentlessly—cold calls, emails, networking, referrals—until the deal is closed.
Create urgency and momentum in every interaction to move school systems from interest to signed contracts.
Develop and deliver consultative sales pitches highlighting Varsity Tutors’ full suite of live learning solutions.
Command the room with high‑impact virtual and in‑person presentations to superintendents, school boards, and other key stakeholders.
Be a true product expert—deeply understand every feature and position our platform as the best‑in‑class solution for student success.
Navigate K‑12 funding and procurement processes, providing accurate forecasts to leadership.
Collaborate cross‑departmentally to deliver a seamless customer experience that builds long‑term trust.
Capture and share market insights, customer feedback, and opportunities to shape our go‑to‑market strategy and product roadmap.
