As the senior director Digital Strategy, you will play a pivotal role driving the growth and optimization of Serta Simmons DTC business. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of DTC, you'll be responsible for leading digital strategies to transform the site experience and will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build scalable processes and intentional team structure, accelerate growth, and strengthen consumer engagement across our portfolio of brands. This position is

based in Atlanta, GA , and

strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Atlanta area . Relocation assistance is

not available . What You’ll Do:

Translate the SVP DTC’s strategic vision into actionable business plans with measurable outcomes. Identify a multi‑year strategic roadmap to grow Serta’s DTC business. Own the day‑to‑day performance of Serta Simmons’ DTC sites, accountable for conversion and revenue goals. Collaborate with analytics partners to understand site performance and leverage insights to improve KPIs and inform decision making. Oversee site operations, merchandising, and consumer journey optimization. Ensure DTC strategy complements and supports broader omnichannel initiatives across retail and wholesale. Oversee and refine SEO strategy focused on improving ranking, content, authority and technical to drive relevant organic traffic to our websites. Oversee testing and personalization strategies to improve the consumer journey and drive conversion rate optimization. Partner with traffic and media partners to maximize ROI across channels. Collaborate with buying and sales partners to ensure revenue targets and digital priorities align with demand planning and inventory investments. Collaborate with marketing partners to improve loyalty and consumer lifetime value. Management of external partners, collaborating with creative and technical partners to execute deliverables. Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team with expertise in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and consumer experience. Foster a collaborative, results‑driven culture. What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree

in business administration, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Strategy, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or similar)

preferred, especially with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, or Digital Transformation. 12–15+ years of professional experience

in digital strategy, eCommerce, or DTC (direct‑to‑consumer) businesses. Proven track record

of driving growth and profitability for large‑scale DTC or eCommerce organizations. Leadership experience

managing multi‑functional digital/eCommerce teams (site operations, merchandising, UX, SEO, CRO, analytics, etc.). Hands‑on experience in:

Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, product, technology, and supply chain teams. Experience in consumer goods/retail strongly preferred; exposure to mattress, furniture, or other considered‑purchase categories is a plus. Core Competencies We’re Looking For:

SEO, CRO, personalization, and digital merchandising best practices . Familiarity with digital marketing tech stack (CRM, CDP, ESPs, tag management, testing tools). Leadership & Collaboration

Demonstrated success in

building and mentoring high‑performing teams . Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, influencing senior leadership and peers. Skilled in

change management

and scaling digital processes across large organizations. Consumer Focus

Passion for

consumer journey optimization
