Compensation for this role goes up to $65,000.
Our client is a fast-growing consumer services company specializing in concerts, sports, and live entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor credit card accounts (daily balance updates, funding reloads, charge/payment tracking)
Record invoices and process payments in QuickBooks Online
Process payments through Melio, PayPal, and Wise (upon approval)
Reconcile banking statements weekly
Assist with additional ad hoc tasks to support the Chief Accountant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Experience with QuickBooks Online required
Familiarity with Melio, PayPal, or Wise is a plus
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a small business setting
