We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our production, packing, inventory, facility management, and distribution. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and the ability to lead and develop a diverse team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands process flow from production to distribution, understands how to manage people, and can fit into an exciting system and can manage both people and systems with precision. Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Oversee daily operations of 3 perfume filling machine lines and 3 packing lines handling gift sets, single units, and various packaging processes (including ceiling machines, cellophane, and more). Monitor production performance, quality control, and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime and output. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Team Leadership:

Manage a team of approximately 50 employees, including 9 direct managers across production, packing, inventory, and distribution. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Foster a positive, safety‑focused, and accountable work culture. Facility & Operations Oversight:

Coordinate all facility needs, including maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor relationships. Oversee layout efficiency, workflow design, and equipment utilization to optimize operations. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

Supervise the inventory control team, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and reporting of raw materials and finished goods. Work closely with procurement and production planning to ensure material availability and minimize waste or downtime. Distribution & Logistics:

Manage the distribution team and strategically plan efficient shipping and delivery operations. Develop and implement best practices for staging, scheduling, and warehouse management. Ensure orders are fulfilled on time with high accuracy and product integrity. Strategic Development:

Collaborate with leadership to plan capacity expansions, introduce new lines, and scale operations as the business grows. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities. Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments. Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of operations or production management experience, preferably in a manufacturing, cosmetics, or CPG environment. Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple departments simultaneously. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and packaging systems. Demonstrated experience improving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional projects effectively. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or similar light manufacturing industries. Technical knowledge of production machinery (filling, sealing, or labeling equipment). Background in logistics or warehouse management systems (WMS).
