Visual Brand Designer (Creative industry)
Location: Hybrid – Culver City, CA (Local candidates only)
Pay Rate: $40–$49/hr
Duration: 6-month assignment
Hours: 40 hours/week
Overview We’re looking for a talented Designer to join the Beats Brand Design team. This person will play an essential role in developing creative assets across campaigns, retail, and social channels. You’ll contribute to all phases of design — from concept and ideation to production and final delivery — helping ensure every visual touchpoint reflects the Beats brand’s bold, culture-driven aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Brand Design and Marketing teams to concept and execute compelling visuals for campaigns and product launches.
Create key art for digital, print, retail, and social channels.
Participate in design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to elevate creative output.
Build out-of-home (OOH) mockups and presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee retouching for both product and talent imagery, ensuring premium brand standards.
Review and QC production mechanicals and prepare final files for print or digital deployment.
Support the production team to ensure design integrity throughout all stages of development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3–5 years of professional design experience within an agency or in-house creative environment.
Proven portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design, layout, typography, and image creation.
Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of composition, color, and hierarchy.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
Experience designing for fashion, culture, music, or sports brands preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Must be available to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday (Los Angeles).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Motion/animation skills (After Effects or Final Cut).
Experience with Figma or 3D design software.
Knowledge of production processes, file prep, and print/digital best practices.
