Over 50 million people use Speechify’s text-to-speech products to turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, websites into audio so they can read faster, more, and remember more. Overview With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and our recent recognition as Apple’s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we need a Senior iOS Engineer to support a new user base and work on exciting new projects. This key role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast‑paced environments, loves making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
What You’ll Do
Lead key engineering and product decisions within a dedicated product team.
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
Experience scaling products to a large user base.
Track record of engineering end‑to‑end product features from inception to traction.
Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best experience.
Product thinking: thoughtful decisions about product evolution and support internal teams and designers.
Speed: work quickly to generate ideas and ship now.

Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, SOLID principles, Git.

Swift Programming Language

Solid SOLID principles writing every class
Git experience and understanding of Git strategies
