Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology

Join our Talent & Culture organization at KPMG US to drive TA technology initiatives. Responsibilities

Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to manage TA technology and process projects; analyze, implement, and manage systems and technical tools, including requirements and design decisions. Act as a strategic business partner to the Digital Nexus Technology group (IT) on behalf of the Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, and operate as a liaison between the IT technology and the Recruiting business community to ensure that services are aligned with business needs. Work with IT technology to analyze and manage risk and legal reviews for process changes, technology enhancements, or new technologies. Explore, identify, and recommend improvement and innovation opportunities to be considered by TA Leaders for implementation and present these alternatives to team management and/or TA leaders. Research new technologies to determine options for TA business requirements/needs as well as promote and support system adoption, including use of new functionality and use of the system by new groups. Oversee applicant configuration/access permissions and interface; manage policies, procedures and templates - KPIs and policies; manage application releases and upgrades; supervise process and technology efficiency and effectiveness. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications

Minimum six years of recent experience combined in information technology, talent acquisition, and contingent worker processes/technology. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP certification preferred. Experience with recruiting technologies such as applicant tracking systems (such as Avature ATS, SAP, Workday, iCIMS), recruiting contact management systems, and Vendor Management Systems (Beeline experience desired). Proven ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders; coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT recruiting strategies. Demonstrated success as a results-oriented performer capable of managing multiple timelines while remaining client-focused. Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
