Position Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced full‑time Physical Therapist to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Waltham location, with one day per week at our upcoming Needham clinic beginning January 2026. (free parking at both!)
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostic evaluations, review medical history, and administer standardized tests to assess patients’ functional status.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs, establish goals, and provide home treatment plans.
Recommend orthotics, adaptive equipment, and technology; train patients and families in their use.
Record assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in inpatient medical records; assign billing codes for reimbursement.
Engage in professional development and share knowledge with the department.
Serve as a clinical instructor in the departmental student externship program.
May participate in departmental training and supervise direct reports such as PTAs.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 3 years licensed PT experience; previous Pediatric PT experience highly preferred.
Licensure & Certifications
Physical Therapist license in the state of MA.
