Position Summary/Department Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Waltham location, with one day per week at our upcoming Needham clinic beginning January 2026. (free parking at both!)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols. Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs Instructing and educating patients/families Arranging follow-up services as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of licensed OT experience required Previous Pediatric OT experience highly preferred Licensure/Certifications:
Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus! Schedule is M-F, potential Saturdays
