Overview A global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision‑making and financial performance across key business functions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing financial insights, planning support, and performance analysis. The position offers a collaborative environment, exposure to international operations, and the opportunity to influence resource allocation and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance counterpart to designated business leaders
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing financial guidance on plans, forecasts, and investments
Support development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans
Provide transparency on spend and resource allocation across segments and geographies
Track and analyze spend vs. budget, providing variance analysis and actionable insights
Monitor performance using reporting tools and profitability analysis
Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements in operating expenses
Provide decision support for business cases, product launches, and strategic initiatives
Ensure financial policies, controls, and compliance standards are adhered to
Drive accountability and transparency in financial reporting using tools like Power BI
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
5–8+ years of experience in Finance, with exposure to FP&A or commercial finance roles
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to communicate complex financials clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Familiarity with ROI measurement, OPEX management, and investment analysis
Proficiency with financial planning/reporting systems and data visualization tools

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
