Reliability Engineer

What’s the Job?
Provide engineering support for the optimization and maintenance of mechanical, electrical systems, and instrumentation at the plant.
Develop and manage reliability studies and projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Manage predictive and condition monitoring programs including vibration, infrared, ultrasound analysis, and Tribology programs.
Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis for equipment and instrument failures.
Support plant safety and environmental initiatives through technical guidance and project implementation.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of Maintenance Reliability experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
Familiarity with piping systems, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and instrumentation.
Strong project management skills and proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
Experience with SAP, Six Sigma, or Lean manufacturing is a plus.
