Cranial Technologies is the global leader in research, diagnosis, and treatment of plagiocephaly and ear shape correction. Over 300,000 babies have been successfully treated with our Head Band Therapy and EarWell® orthoses. We are currently seeking a National Traveling Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist to practice at our clinic locations across the United States.
Overview
Full‑time position for a clinician who travels to any Cranial Technologies clinic in 32 growing states.
Typical travel schedule: Monday afternoon/evening departure; clinic work Tuesday–Friday; home Friday afternoon/evening; Saturday–Sunday off.
Candidates should be located near a major airport for ease of travel.
Company covers all travel expenses and provides a per diem for each assignment.
Responsibilities
Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with families at every stage of treatment.
Take over the caseload from another clinician and continue meeting new families each week.
Work with new teammates weekly, building cross‑company relationships and adapting to new clinic settings.
Qualifications
Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist or a PT/OT with knowledge of infant symmetry and development.
Background in pediatrics preferred, but not required; formal training program available.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000 – $100,000 plus a travel bonus.
