We are seeking a land use attorney with 6 to 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements and administrative proceedings). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely in a collaborative, low-ego environment with our highly experienced team of land use attorneys, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients. No portable book of business necessary. Attorneys are afforded an unlimited hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on land use matters, including project entitlement and administrative proceedings.
Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to navigate complex land use issues.
Draft and review legal documents related to land use and zoning.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and strategy for land use development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of land use laws and regulations.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
6 to 10+ years of experience practicing land use law.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with project entitlement, zoning, or administrative proceedings preferred.
