Group Sales Manager!
We’re looking for a passionate, creative professional to help drive group business while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This position is fast paced and works with a collaborative team.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals through proactive outreach, site visits, client events, and community networking. You’ll also stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Represent the hotel at industry events, networking events, and conferences in alignment with budget and marketing plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with group and catering clients to grow market share
Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and client tours to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience (group sales preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required
Proven success in relationship building, negotiation, and effective communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
