Responsibilities
Guide technical vision for multiple projects and contribute to key platform components
Perform code reviews and code/configure solutions for complex Agile stories
Create conceptual design/architecture diagrams for large-scale software solutions
Debug and resolve high-complexity software bugs independently
Provide guidance and mentorship to software engineers for their professional growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of software development experience and 5 years of strategic leadership experience
Expertise in scalable, resilient, cloud-native microservice development with Java, .NET, Python, or Typescript
Familiarity with distributed software patterns and CI/CD processes
Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Terraform/Ansible or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms
Knowledge of CQRS, event-driven architecture, and Kafka
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in modern software-development practices
