About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled

CNC Programmer / Machinist

to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of G-code, blueprint reading, tooling selection, and has hands-on machining experience. Responsibilities

Program CNC mills/lathes using G-code or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) Set up and operate CNC machines according to engineering specifications and production schedules Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety in every job Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize machining processes Requirements

3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist and/or programmer Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings Experience with setup, operation, and editing on CNC machines (lathe and/or mill) Familiar with various materials (carbon/stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) Working knowledge of G-code and CAM software Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines High school diploma or GED required, technical certification a plus What We Offer
