Job Summary

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the company’s NetSuite ERP system to ensure it meets the needs of all business functions. This role serves as the primary system owner, overseeing configuration, security, workflows, reporting, and system performance. The Administrator works closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales—to translate business requirements into system solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The NetSuite Administrator also provides user support, manages upgrades, and implements best practices to maximize system utilization and business value. Key Accountabilities

Administration : Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain system integrity. Optimization : Support business operations by developing, maintaining, and optimizing NetSuite workflows, dashboards, and reports. Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR) to identify requirements and deliver system solutions. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and process efficiency within NetSuite. Essential Functions: System Administration Manage day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform, including user provisioning, role assignments, access permissions, and security controls. Maintain system configuration, custom fields, forms, records, and scripts to align with evolving business requirements. Process Optimization & Workflow Management

Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business decision-making. Identify opportunities for system automation and improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes. Support & Troubleshooting

Provide first-line support for NetSuite-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve errors in a timely manner. Coordinate with NetSuite support or external consultants when higher-level issues arise. Monitor, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and new features while minimizing disruption to business operations. Stay current with NetSuite releases and recommend adoption of new functionality where beneficial. Partner with Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to promote adoption and effective use of the system. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting. Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript preferred. Understanding of ERP processes in finance, inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. NetSuite Administrator Certification or related NetSuite credentials highly preferred.
