About the role OLIVER

is hiring an

Account Supervisor

to join our growing team.

The Account Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting our agency team to ensure the smooth management of projects through our creative studio, working closely with our client brand managers and strategists. The Account Supervisor is responsible for independently leading and managing projects from briefing through to strategic planning, creative development, MLR approval, production, and implementation. They will understand the client’s business needs, challenges, objectives, goals and will be our clients’ primary point of contact across several brands for both Healthcare Professional and Patient markets.

What you will be doing

Own the relationship with day‑to‑day clients, external agency partners, and our cross‑functional agency team

Oversee the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, website, social, print, CRM and video deliverables

Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Write and lead creative briefs, collaborating with our creative team to develop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets according to all required formats and specifications

Convey strategic sensibility when evaluating, or presenting creative work

Fully understand all aspects of the client’s business and the competitive business environment

Assist with brainstorming and concepting, looking for every opportunity to bring creativity forward

Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of assigned categories, staying up‑to‑date on relevant brand and industry information to inform strategic decisions.

Lead fiscal management of client accounts, partnering with finance and project management to oversee budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.

Ensure timely and effective project delivery, owning multiple workstreams, and providing insightful client reports on project status, budget allocations, and strategic recommendations.

What you need to be great in this role

3+ years in Promotional Pharmaceutical Account Management

Deep understanding of Medical, Legal and Regulatory review processes and MLR systems (i.e., Veeva Vault)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with bonus expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics tools.

Client facing industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great creative work

Experience in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines

Proven organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and work.

Ability to proactively lead work by thinking ahead and providing all stakeholders with the information and assets needed to deliver an assignment with excellence.

Proven ability to build strong, constructive relationships with clients and agency teams.

An ability to problem solve calmly and effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.

At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $97,750.00 to $109,205.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
