Dispensing Training Specialist 503A (1st shift) As a Dispensing Training Specialist, you develop and deliver impactful training programs that enhance team performance, ensure compliance, and support career growth. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and conduct comprehensive training programs for the dispensing department, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing team training, and individualized coaching plans.

Create and maintain training reference materials, tools, and records in compliance with state and federal requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Collaborate with departmental leadership to identify performance improvement opportunities, maintain compliance, and enhance employee career development through tailored learning programs.

Assign and manage learning activities via classroom sessions and the Learning Management System, while updating the knowledge database and exploring new training opportunities.

Monitor pharmacy technician performance, provide actionable feedback to management, and assist with dispensing and inventory management duties as needed.

Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflict, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and foster trust and collaboration in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management, Adobe Creative Cloud, and instructional design, with the ability to provide data‑driven feedback, adapt to shifting priorities, and coach employees for accountability and productivity.

Experience And Qualifications

2 years of previous training experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
