Overview As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses and receive dedicated classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 exams. Once you have your licenses, you will be taught foundational advisor skills—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships and guiding clients to achieve their best financial lives.

Get training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers who are invested in your success.

Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.

Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within specified timelines—within 30 days for SIE and 120 days for Series 7 & 66.

Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and high net‑worth clients at a financial center.

Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and recommendations to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.

Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions that meet virtually all their financial needs.

Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Must be self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.

Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.

Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.

Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.

Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturday.

Hours Per Week 40.

Pay Range $28.85 – $33.65 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
