This position is open for the entire market; the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may work in a phone-based capacity until a location is determined within a reasonable commuting distance as permitted by law. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will learn foundational skills to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess a client’s complex financial picture, and provide advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, while humanizing financial interactions. Upon reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. We will equip you with what you need as you move through the stages of development. After demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to grow relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy will support you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing, and you will be required to complete the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. We’ll help you

Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers committed to your success. Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and appropriate solutions. Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and your Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients; leverage relationships to grow your business. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet financial needs. Qualifications

Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with a focus on clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills

40 Pay Transparency details US - OH - Cleveland - 2069 W 25th St - Ohio City (OH2245) Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly. Offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Predictable pay. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
